Website content, branding, logos, photos, and text are owned by James Daniel Entertainment, Inc. and may not be copied or used without permission.

3. Event Services

Our event services may include photo booths, photo kiosks, photography, and digital media delivery. Specific deliverables, service hours, and features are governed by your event agreement or invoice, if applicable.

4. SMS Photo Delivery Terms

At select events, we may offer guests the option to receive their photo or media via SMS text message. This SMS feature is intended for one-time or event-related delivery of content requested by the guest.

Consent to Receive SMS
Guests consent by entering their mobile number into our kiosk or terminal and tapping a “Send” button (or equivalent action) after being presented with a clear disclosure at the time of entry. Consent is not required to use the photo experience unless specifically stated at the event, and guests may choose not to provide a number.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by user and event. In most cases, messages are one-time delivery messages requested by the guest, with possible additional event-related messages only when explicitly requested or necessary to fulfill the delivery (for example, a resend requested by the guest).

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, you may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
